How it all began
It all began with expertshare.live, a platform designed by Swiss engineers and software developers, which enables the exchange of knowledge between experts and medical professionals — live and virtually. Over the past three years, expertshare has successfully established partnerships with industry leaders in areas such as banking, real estate, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and defense. The platform gained in importance, particularly as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hospitals use expertshare for ECMEs, for example, or even offer master's programs, such as stroke management. An analysis showed that healthcare professionals were able to apply the knowledge they had acquired on expertshare directly in practice. This inspired us to develop a community feature with doclift that is specifically tailored to the needs of the healthcare industry.
